If your solution was built using mainly Microsoft tools and technologies then there is a good chance that we can help. We have an on-boarding process for existing projects which are being transferred to us. We can provide the good governance and ongoing support and maintenance for your critical applications.
We wont typically get involved in solutions built using other tool sets as we don't know them as well.
CAS provide an ITIL compliant after care service for the solutions that we build.
This includes telephone, email and 24*7 web portal for raising and monitoring issues that arise.
We have SLAs in place for replying to and completing issues raised. These can be agreed on a per project basis so you get what is right for your application.
